This sales contract is made between _________________________________of Her Majestys Pomeranians.

Party of the first part - termed the seller - and the party of the second part - termed the buyer whose name, address, telephone number and signature appear at the bottom of this contract and do hereby obligate the buyer and seller to the terms of this contract when signed by both parties.

The seller agress to sell, and hereby does sell, and has contracted to the buyer a dog of Pomeranian breed:
In sound body and good health, and free from communicable disease as far as appears to the eye. A 72 hr. warranty against distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, adenovirus2, parvovirus, and coronavirus applies to this dog. Also a 1 yr. warranty against genetic defects including eyes, heart, liver, and lungs. If the dog is to used for breeding or show purposes as outlined in the description of the dog - then also a warranty of occlusion of even or scissors bite as well as two descended testicles in a male. All pet puppies must be spayed or neutered - without exception. Registration papers will not be given until vet proof of spay/neuter is received by the seller. Occlusion cannot be guaranteed without proper maintenance by the buyer. If the dog is returned a replacement dog of equal value will be given as replacement. If buyer elects to keep the dog with a warranted defect - then seller will credit the buyer the amount paid for this dog over and above the base price for a PET of their color category toward any future purchase of another dog at any time. No other warranty either express or implied exists between the buyer and seller of this dog. A health check by your veterinarian must be done within 72 hrs. after receiving the dog. Veterinary expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Buyer is also responsible for the costs associated with the vet check, shipping crate (where applicable) and shipping costs (where applicable). Shipping within USA is $250.00. Buyer agrees not to place this animal in a shelter for any reason. In the event the buyer is unable to keep the animal it will be returned to seller at buyer's expense. Full ownership transfers back to seller - and AKC papers must be transferred to seller. The seller will then attempt to sell the dog and convey the amount of that sale to buyer - minus vet expenses and boarding expense of $5.00 per day. Transportation costs for return of dog to seller are the sole responsibility of buyer.

Both parties agree that the point of sale origin is Cleveland, Tennessee - USA.
